劇情簡(jiǎn)介：Whatwouldyoudointhewakeofaglobalcatastrophe?Howwouldyoufindfood?Water?Shelter? TheColonyisacontrolledexperimenttoseeexactlywhatitwouldtaketosurviveandrebuildunderthesecircumstances.For10weeks,agroupof10volunteers,whosebackgroundsandexpertiserepresentacross-sectionofmodernsociety,areisolatedinanurbanenvironmentoutsideLosAngelesandtaskedwithcreatingalivablesociety. Withnoelectricityfromthegrid,norunningwaterandnocommunicationwiththeoutsideworld,allthevolunteershavetoworkwitharetheirskillsandwhatevertoolsandsuppliestheycanscavengefromtheirsurroundings. Expertsfromthefieldsofhomelandsecurity,engineeringandpsychologyhavehelpeddesigntheworldofTheColonytoreflectelementsfrombothreal-lifedisastersandmodelsofwhatthefuturecouldlooklikeafteraglobalviraloutbreak.
